We’ll do
great things
together

I struggled with perfectionism, anxiety, and people-pleasing for most of my life before I discovered coaching. Learning these tools changed my life and my relationships. I truly didn’t know that it was possible to gain emotional regulation as an adult. I thought it was something you were just a natural at or you weren’t. I thought I was bound to be just as surprised at my own emotions and actions as everyone around me.

Enter coaching. In 2018, I found who would be my coach for many years. It was a long, gradual journey for me as I wasn’t entirely certain coaching was for me. But then I started recognizing that my anxiety was less and less, and that I wasn’t as quick to go back to my default people-pleasing tendencies.

In 2022 (while pregnant with my first child), I decided to go through the process of becoming certified as a life coach. It’s been an amazing journey, and I love that I’m constantly learning and growing while serving others.

In 2023 I was diagnosed with severe ADHD. This answered MANY life-long questions for me. I was so grateful to have the tools I gained during certification to help carry me through that difficult time. I was able to process through a lot of the negative beliefs about myself that I had gained over my entire life. Now I love getting to help people do the same!

I am highly focused on helping you live authentically.

It is entirely possible to drop the shame and come to terms with being a person with ADHD. You’ll process through your old beliefs about yourself that don’t serve you. You’ll be less anxious as you lean into who you are, rather than resisting it.

Your anxiety does not define you.
